Unofficial Transcript
Unofficial transcripts are available for current students through BannerWeb. If you haven't attended within the past 2 semesters, you may come to the Student Records Office WITH A PHOTO ID to retrieve a copy of your unofficial transcript.
If you are unable to retrieve your unofficial transcript in-person, you will need to provide a notarized copy of your photo ID to Student Records by email (student.records@augustatech.edu), or by fax (706.771.4034), with your full name and approximate years of attendance for accommodations with your request.
To print an unofficial transcript:
- Go to Smartweb
- Select BannerWeb and login
- Click on Student Services and Financial Aid
- Click on Student Records
- Select Academic Transcript
- Click Submit
Transcripts from other Institutions:
The Registrar's Office does not provide you with copies of transcripts from other institutions. You will need to contact all institutions that you have attended if you need those transcripts.
